2. How To Start

I hope you already know the basics. But if you don't, you can read it now, by clicking HERE or HERE.

Once you've registered or logged in I recommend doing some serious research - at least 1 hour per day, first 7 days. And entering T-Time hourly, of course.

It is the best if everyone does own research, but I will help by sharing some of my findings with you:
  • avoid bidding on Sunday;
  • first bid on items like "headset & 50 TCredits" or "DVD movie & 50 TCredits"... winning price is almost never higher than $0.50, and you will win 50 TCredits;
  • bid when you see 5 interesting and tempting auctions active at the same time: but choose only one and choose wisely;
  • generally, good time for bidding is between 4 am and 7 am (CST), but it doesn't mean there is no wow winnings every hour.

While doing research, don't try to figure out only when to win specific item for like $1; check also what is the average winning price on 300 TCredits on some specific time - that is your trump card! As you can see by observing Pricebenders penny auctions, you will need average 50-80 TCredits to win a desired item. Waiting to accumulate 80 TCredits by entering T-Time only would be slow process. But if you  win 50 or even 200 TCredits from Pick-The-Price you can start bidding after only few days! But, don't forget that entry costs you 1 TCredit; if you are not sure about a penny auctions winning price, it is better to skip this contest.
By the way, little update on PTP: effective from yesterday, every TC Member will receive 5 MRP every time he or she enters a Pricebenders Pick-The-Price contest! So, not only you have a chance to win 50 or 200 TCredits, but you will also get a 5 MRP.

Member Reward Points are not explained good enough in the guide. It is because it would take too much space and guide wouldn't be so "basic and quick", and not because I didn't want to. I will do that here, but in tomorrow's post. So, read about MRP and different types of Pricebenders Auctions tomorrow.

Sincerely,
Emma

P.S. I didn't win that iPad two days ago. Bidding was crazy, winning price was as high as $43!!! I didn't place a single bid, of course.
